This morning really had me thinking about technology views as digital immigrant are quite different than the views of my digital-native students. We live in an increasingly more connected society, and I need to consider ways to really teach students how to live in this world. What I'm realizing is the skills that this doesn't necessarily mean I have to drastically change the ways I teach. The skills and thinking moves are often the same, what I need to do is look for ways I can use technology to have my students apply these skills in more authentic contexts.
